It’s the start of a new year and as usual we are looking forward to another busy 12 months. But, just as you were expecting a monologue of all that will be happening in the Deli in the coming weeks and months, we have decided to take a few minutes out to talk about something that is very dear to our hearts here in Thornham Deli – health and fitness.

We also know just how difficult it can be sometimes to get out and about – work, family commitments, the weather – they all conspire to stop us getting the exercise we should. So here are some top tips for ways to get fit and active despite the obstructions that so often cross our paths.
