Gemma Arnold is one of the fab four – the quartet of dynamic women who run Thornham Deli on a daily basis.
Iain Paige has been at Thornham Deli for four years and is part of the sensational kitchen team that turns out beautiful plates of food and keeps the Deli counter looking fantastic.
“I cover just about everything in the Deli, I can make coffee, I can work in the shop, I can do anything from housekeeping to front of house,” says apprentice Tom.
“I have been at the Deli since Day One,” says manager Denise Le Gallez.
